Walk & Talk
Some processes begin to shift more easily when the body is in motion. Walk & Talk combines therapeutic work with walking in nature – clear, direct, and often surprisingly effective.
We walk side by side, not face to face. This changes the dynamic: the view widens, thoughts begin to settle, and conversations often flow more freely. Movement engages not only the body but also inner processes. Topics can emerge, unfold, and develop step by step.
The therapeutic stance remains the same: attentive, respectful, and clear. Together, we explore patterns, blind spots, and underlying dynamics – bringing into awareness what often remains unnoticed in everyday life. Especially repetitive thoughts or emotional loops tend to loosen more easily in motion.
Walk & Talk is particularly suitable when feeling stuck, overly caught in one's thoughts, or when looking for an alternative to the classic therapeutic setting.
Nature supports the process – not as a method, but as a space: open, calm, and unobstructed.
