Perhaps now is the right moment. An initial meeting offers space to clarify your concerns, possible goals, and the general framework – calmly and without pressure.
Approach
New perspectives often begin with a small step to the side. Sometimes a moment of stillness is enough to see more clearly.
The therapeutic process is about rediscovering your own story – and reconnecting with what is already within you. Not quick answers are central, but the right questions. Questions that lead closer to your own meaningful answers.
Systemic therapy is understood as a collaborative process: attentive, respectful, and on equal footing – with clarity, a certain directness, and, where appropriate, a sense of humor. Growth can be challenging, and at the same time, it can become lighter.
A professional path that began in a different field – years of working worldwide as a cameraman – sharpened the ability to perceive perspectives, nuances, and what often remains unseen. Today, this perspective informs the therapeutic work: recognizing patterns, understanding inner "maps," and bringing awareness to what consumes energy.
Life rarely follows a straight line. The aim is not perfection, but the ability to accept oneself in all facets – the quiet and the loud, the clear and the contradictory. From this, authenticity grows.
The beginning of one's story cannot be changed – but how it continues can.
Perhaps a new perspective emerges here. And with it, paths that begin to feel truly your own.
You are invited to explore new perspectives in a safe space – and to move forward step by step, with greater clarity and strength.
Systemic Therapy
Systemic therapy is a recognized psychotherapeutic approach in Austria. It views the individual not in isolation, but within relationships and life contexts – such as family, partnerships, friendships, or work environments.
The focus is not on deficits, but on existing resources, abilities, and possible solutions. You are considered the expert of your own life. Therapy aims to make these competencies accessible again and to use them intentionally.
Systemic thinking understands problems in context – as part of a broader network of relationships, patterns, and experiences. Often, difficulties were once attempts at coping that later became limiting.
The therapeutic process focuses on making these patterns visible, developing new perspectives, and exploring alternative, more fitting ways forward.
The goal is to strengthen your resources, expand your "inner map," and open new possibilities for action – for yourself, as a couple, or as a family.
Clinical Hypnosis according to Milton Erickson
Ericksonian hypnotherapy uses trance as a natural state of consciousness – similar to becoming deeply absorbed in music, a film, or a daydream. Unlike more directive forms of hypnosis, the focus lies on your autonomy, inner wisdom, and existing resources.
By gently directing attention inward, the critical and often limiting mind recedes. This creates space for new experiences: unconscious knowledge becomes accessible, inner processes reorganize. Hypnosis acts as a bridge between conscious control and unconscious potential.
Rigid patterns can loosen, and new internal connections can form. Change is not forced, but emerges in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
The aim is to realign the "inner autopilot" and restore access to your own resources – with clarity, freedom, and often surprising ease.
Constellation Work
Constellation work is an experiential approach that makes inner images of relationships, roles, and dynamics visible. Originally shaped by Bert Hellinger, it has since evolved into a more nuanced and context-sensitive method, with a strong focus on autonomy, resources, and self-determination.
Through inner or external constellations, hidden patterns, loyalties, and tensions can be represented spatially and experienced directly. What often feels diffuse becomes tangible and understandable.
The focus lies on carefully exploring what emerges: Which dynamics are at play? What strengthens? What binds? What remains unseen? From this, new perspectives can unfold.
The aim is to gain clarity, increase inner flexibility, and open new possibilities for action – in alignment with one's own needs and relationships.
